Sahadev is a writer, director and award winning cinematographer based out of Bangalore. He debuted as an assistant cameraman in Superior (2015) and then as a cinematographer in Character Study (2015), both short films. Sahadevs expertise ranges from working as a gaffer to being a Director of Photography. He has worked on feature films, 3D films, Virtual Reality films, episodic TV shows and was even nominated for the Volker Bahnemann Award in 2016. An alumnus of the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, his notable works include the short films, Invisible (2016) and Kenda (2016) for their direction and writing respectively.

In 2018 he founded the independent production company Ameyukti Studios, along with Roopa Rao. His 2019 releases include the web series Metropark (starring Ranvir Shorey) and the Kannada film Gantumoote, the latter being his first feature film as a DOP.
