Based in New Delhi, India, Sahil is a pianist with classical training. Sahil's explorations with a variety of media, including theater, photography, and visual projection, have helped to push the form beyond its traditional boundaries and create a performance style that is distinctly his own. In 2015, Sahil made his debut when he was chosen from a nationwide pool of pianists to play at the renowned NCPA in Mumbai as part of the Young Talent Concert Series. Since then, he has written music for independent films, documentaries, TV ads, and other projects, and he has played in many of the nation's most prestigious venues. Last year, the press praised his mixed-media piece, The Un-Recital, which was shown at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai.
