Sai Rajesh Neelam is an Indian film writer, director and producer, who has worked predominantly in the Telugu movie industry for Hrudaya Kaleyam (2014), Kobbari Matta (2019), Colour Photo (2020) and Baby (2023). He won a national award for the film Colour Photo.
