As a director of photography in the Telugu film industry, Sai Sriram debuted in 2009 with Bumper Offer. Since then he has worked on movies like Aakasa Ramanna (2010), Pilla Zamindar (2011), Mem Vayasuku Vacham (2012), Sukumarudu (2013), Ra Ra Krishnayya (2014), Geethanjali (2014), Alaa Elaa ? (2014), Jadoogadu (2015), Cinema Choopistha Maava (2015), Supreme (2016), Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada (2016) and Oye Ninne (2017). In 2018 Sai Sriram served as the cinematographer on director Venky Kudumula`s action-comedy, Chalo and Neevevaro. His 2019 release includes Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL, directed by G. Nageswara Reddy. His other releases include Bheeshma (2020) and Gaali Sampath (2021).
