Born to playback singer, music composer, and music teacher Ramachary Komanduri, Saketh Komanduri knew it very early in his life that he wanted to become a music composer. He went on to attain a bachelor's degree in audio engineering to reach a step closer to his dream. He, also, is a singer like his sister Sahithi, who is best known by her stage name Sony, whom he regularly collaborates with.

Having started her career by composing for the 2012 English language short film Backspace, Sanketh bagged his first movie in 2015, by lending his voice to few songs from the history drama Bhandook. He then went on to be associated with a series of movies such as Veeri Veeri Gummadi Pandu, Selfie Raaja, Om Namo Venkatesaya, Dwaraka, Inttelligent, Achari America Yaatra, Rajugadu, and Sanjeevani as a singer before making his debut as a music director in 2018 with the Telugu movie Kannullo Nee Roopamey.
