Sambit Jena began his career in outdoor marketing and film branding, working on prominent Hindi and South Indian films including Baadshaho, Judwaa 2, The Chef, and Saaho, where he gained valuable experience in film marketing, branding, and promotions. He later moved into the Odia film industry as a PR professional, starting his regional journey with Daman, followed by acclaimed titles such as Phalguna Chaitra, Malyagiri, and several other successful projects.

Over the years, Sambit has expanded his role across film marketing, PR, branding, production, and execution, working on more than 20 Odia films. He has also served as Executive Producer on notable projects including Pabar and Bou Buttu Bhuta. With experience spanning national film campaigns and the evolving Odia film industry, Sambit Jena continues to contribute to cinema through creative marketing, strategic film branding, and production.
