Actor and screenwriter Sameer Chougule is no stranger to the Marathi film, television and theatre audience, and is known for his convincing portrayals of both comedic and character roles. While the tv viewers are familiar with his work in popular shows like Tikal to Political and Comedy Chi Bullet Train, theatre lovers best know him for his work in productions like Asa Mi Asa Mi, Yada Kadachit and Carry On Heavens. Besides these, Sameer has also appeared in a handful of Marathi and Bollywood films, notable among which are Mumbai Meri Jaan (2008), Aajcha Divas Majha (2013), A Paying Ghost (2015) and the comedy-drama Barayan (2018). He is associated with the 2018 Marathi comedy-drama-romance Love Lafde directed by Sachin R. Ambat. His 2019 release includes Love You Zindagi, directed by Manoj P. Sawant.
