Sameer Patil is an Indian film director who first debuted as an actor in Ugly (2013) in the role of Inspector Patnaik. In 2014, he made his directorial debut with the movie Poshter Boyz, for which he was the writer too. He then went on to direct the comedy film Poshter Girl in 2016, and the 2017 drama movie Kis Kiss Ka Kissa starring Manav Gohil and Asawari Joshi. His other venture in 2017 includes the Marathi comedy drama movie Shentimental, under the direction of Sameer Patil, starring Upendra Limaye, Raghuveer Yadav and Ashok Saraf in the lead roles.
