Making her debut, Sanjana Prakash was seen in the 2014 Kannada movie Panganama, which starred Sadhu Kokila opposite her. Following her debut, she was seen in the drama romance Brahma Vishnu Maheshwara, which featured Anjan Dev, Jeevitha Pillappa, Kirti Laxmi, Preetham Puneeth, and Sunil Bhalder in the lead. She is associated with the 2018 Kannada romantic-thriller Varthamana directed by Umesh Amshi starring opposite Sanchari Vijay in lead roles.
