A Canadian actress, Sara Canning is best known for her roles as Jenna Sommers in The Vampire Diaries, an American TV series, which was aired on CW network and in the feature film Black Field (2009). Her other notable film credits include The Right Kind of Wrong (2013), Hello Destroyer (2016), and War for the Planet of the Apes (2017), an American science fiction directed by Matt Reeves.
