Sara Ramirez (Sara Elena Ramirez) is an American actor and singer. She started her acting career in 1998 and her first film was You've Got Mail. Ramirez appeared in more than 200 episodes of Grey's Anatomy series. Her other television credits include Sofia the First, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Dora the Explorer. She appeared in popular films like Spider-Man, You've Got Mail and Chicago. She won Satellite Awards for Best Cast – Television Series (Grey's Anatomy) in 2006.
