About
Sasadhar Mukherjee was a producer in Hindi film industry. He started his career with Bombay Talkies in 1930.In the 1950s he started his independent studio, Filmalaya. He produced the films like Dil Deke Dekho, Love in Simla, Ek Musafir Ek Hasina and Leader. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Film for Jagriti. Later he was awarded with the prime honour the Padma Shri.
