She made her film debut with the sex comedy movie American Pie (1999) and later worked in films like Legally Blonde (2001), The Ring (2002), The Hangover (2009), The Hangover II (2011) and The Hangover III (2013). In addition to acting, Barrese is also a professional poker player and has competed in several poker tournaments.
