Seamus McGarvey is an Irish cinematographer known for his work on The Avengers (2012). As director of photography his well known works include movies like High Fidelity (2000), Atonement (2007), Godzilla (2014) and Nocturnal Animals (2016). McGarvey is also the cinematographer for the Daniel Espinosa directed sci-fi/thriller, Life (2017). The movie has Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebecca Ferguson and Ryan Reynolds in the lead. His 2018 release includes Bad Times At The El Royale, directed by Drew Goddard.
