Americana actor Sean Patrick Thomas is best familiar to the audience for his turn as Derek Reynolds in the teen dance film Save the Last Dance (2001) and Solomon Vessida in the tv series Ringer (2011-`12). Of these, his performance in the former earned Thomas a Teen Choice Award nomination in 2001, besides winning him the Young Hollywood Award for Standout Performance.
