Seetha is an Indian film and television actress who works in the South Indian entertainment industry. She made her acting debut in the 1985 Tamil film Aan Paavam,and has since appeared in over a hundred films across all major South Indian film industries. Some of Seetha`s most memorable roles have come in films like Thangachi (1987), Guru Sishyan (1988), Unnal Mudiyum Thambi (1988), Rightaa Thappaa (2004) and the 2007 Malayalam film Vinodayathra. She has also won a Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the 2004 film Rightaa Thappaa. Other significant acting credits include Mallu Vetti Minor (1990), Bunny (2005), Thanga Magan (2015), Charlie (2015) and the 2017 Kannada film Sathya Harishchandra. Her 2019 release includes Kolaigaran.
