Shashwat Srivastavas repertoire as an artist encompasses several fields including music direction, acting and stage direction. One among the founding members of the Actor Factor Theatre Company, he has also composed jingles for several ads for organisations and brands like Microsoft, Yatra and Incredible India. In 2017, Shashwat forayed into mainstream cinema by scoring the background music for the Bollywood romantic drama Shab, directed by Onir. In the following year, Shashwat reunited with Onir for the romantic drama Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz (2018), as a music director this time around. Girish Karnads acclaimed stage productions Bali and Khudgudi are some among Shashwats notable works in theatre.
