Shinya Tsukamoto is a Japanese film director and actor, who is well-known for directing movies like Tetsuo, the Iron Man (1989), Tokyo Fist (1995) and A Snake of June (2002). He has acted in films like Dead or Alive 2: Birds, Otakus in Love and Shin Godzilla. His 2017 release includes the historical drama film Silence.
