Known for her work in the Tamil and Telugu film industries, Shravya made her acting debut as a child artiste in 2002 with the Telugu movie Sandade Sandadi, following which her next appearance as a child artiste was in Allu Arjun's action romantic comedy Arya in 2004. An alumna of the VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, Shravya made her debut as a lead actress in 2014 in the romantic drama Love You Bangaram, where she was cast opposite Rahul Haridas.

She was then seen in the 2015 Telugu movie Kai Raja Kai before making her Tamil film debut in 2016 with the horror thriller Vellikizhamai 13am Thethi. Among her other movies are Pagiri, Nandini Nursing Home, Vilaiyaattu Attambam, and Velakkariyayirunnalum Neeyen Mohavalli, which marks her Malayalam film debut.

Her 2018 releases include Huccha 2 and Masakali.
