Daughter of famous Marathi actors Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar, Shriya Pilgaonkar is a director and actress. Shriya has made short films like Dresswala and Painted Signal which won appreciation at various international film festivals. She acted in the Marathi film Ekulti Ek (2013) and also won the World Nomad`s Travel Film Scholarship through which she got an opportunity to go to Brazil to make travel based films. Shriya made her Bollywood debut with the much appreciated Shah Rukh Khan starrer, Fan (2016). Her other releases include War (2019) Bhangra Paa Le (2020) and Haathi Mere Saathi (2021).
