Shubha Poonja is an Indian model and actress. She has appeared in many commercials and made her big screen debut with the film Machi (2004). Poonja subsequently appeared in Thirudiya Idhyathai (2005), Jackpot (2006), and Moggina Manasu (2008) for which she bagged a Filmfare Award in Kannada. Some of her other films include Preethi Hungama (2010), Kanteerava (2011) and Parari (2013).Shuba was last seen in the films Artha and Kotigondu Love Story, both of which released in 2015. Her 2017 movie includes Sridhar`s directorial venture, Meenakshi. She is associated with the 2018 Kannada romantic-drama Googal directed by V. Nagendra Prasad. She is associated with the 2018 Kannada horror-thriller Kelavu Dinagala Nanthara directed by Sri Ni.
