Sid Makkar`s latest works include the very popular, long format OTT series `Raisinghani V/S Raisinghani` on SonyLiv with Jennifer Winget and a theatrical film with Mohit Suri which is currently in Production.

Sid is a Mumbai based actor and has worked in Indian, American, British and Australian films, television, and on stage.

Sid Makkar`s acting work includes `The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel` (Judi Dench, Dev Patel) and Sense8 (S2 - Netflix- The Wachowski`s). He is also a part of cult classic `Luck by Chance` (Zoya Akhtar), the popular thriller `Hacked` (Vikram Bhatt) with Hina Khan, the critically acclaimed series `State of Siege 26/11` (Zee5) and `Spotlight` besides others.

He has worked in Independent films `Dus Tola` with Manoj Bajpayee, `Straight` with Vinay Pathak and `Turning 30` directed by Alankrita Shrivastava.

`Dariba Diaries` as a Mughal era Detective and `Dhadkan Zindagi Ki` on Sony TV are his notable works on Television.

His works on stage include being the protagonist in India`s biggest musical by Wizcraft `Zangoora`, `Art` `Where Did I Leave my Purdah` and the latest musical `Jaya` ,`Hidden Agendas` and `The Life of Gautam Buddha` as Buddha.

Sid has also been the face of brands Ford Ecosport and DSP Black.
