Simon Kunz is a British stage, television and film actor and the grandson of pianist Charlie Kunz. After starting out in theatre, he forayed into film and television in the early 1990`s, making his feature film debut with the romantic comedy Four Weddings and a Funeral in 1994. Since then, he has appeared in supporting roles in several film and television shows, notably the 1995 Bond movie GoldenEye, the 2005 Woody Allen psychological thriller Match Point, the 2011 superhero movie Captain America: The First Avenger and the action comedy Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa (2013). Besides these, he has also appeared in television shows like Frontiers, Walking Dead, Coronation Street, Sherlock and The Last Kingdom. Other significant film credits include The Parent Trap (1998), City of Ember (2008), Trance (2013) and the 2017 action thriller The Foreigner, which starred Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan in the lead roles.

In 2019, he starred in Alfonso Gomez Rejon`s historical period drama The Current War.
