While he made his debut at the age of 97, he is a farmer from a small village in the district of Mandya, Karnataka. Following his remarkable and effortless acting debut, Singri Gowda was seen in movies such as Tharle Village and Yen Nin Problemmu. His 2017 release includes Thathanna Thithi Mommagana Prasta. He is also associated with the 2017 Kannada movie Haalu Thuppa directed by Shashank Raj.
