Sissy Spacek is an award winning American actor and singer. She started out as a singer and made her feature film debut in 1971 with Andy Warhol`s Women in Revolt. Space gained international recognition with the titular role in the horror film Carrie (1976), which went on to become a cult classic. Over the years she starred in several acclaimed films like 3 Women (1977), The River (1984), Crimes of the Heart (1986), JFK (1991), Tuck Everlasting (2002), The Ring Two (2005), The Help (2011) and The Old Man & the Gun (2018). She has also played prominent roles in several TV shows like Bloodline (2015-2017) and Homecoming (2018).
