Sithara Krishna Kumar is the highly acclaimed South Indian playback singer who is known for her distinctive yet versatile voice. A trained Carnatic and Hindustani vocalist, she has two Kerala State awards and other prestigious recognitions to her credit. A graded artist of All India Radio, she has established herself as a talent to reckon with a repertoire of work across all south Indian languages. She has performed worldwide with eminent artists such as Dr KJ Yesudas, Dr KS Chitra, Shankar Mahadevan and so many more. Apart from being a brilliant singer, she has now turned music composer for films and to top it all, is now part of an independent project, the band, Malabaricus.

Her performance is always a heady cocktail of Indian classical music, folk and fusion genres along with her film numbers that have garnered fans from all over the country!
