Best known by his screen name Appaji, Sivannarayana Naripeddi is a Telugu actor. He has had a prolific career spanning two decades with over 100 plus films to his credit. The actor first came to limelight with his performance as Gongali Appaji in the popular Telugu sitcom titled Amrutham. The show was a massive success and made him a household name in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He later switched to films. Sivannarayana has featured in some of the biggest blockbusters of Telugu film industry like Simhadri (2003), Grahanam (2004), Sye (2004), Okkadunnadu (2007), Yuvatha (2008), Darling (2010), Ala Modalaindi (2011), Oosaravelli (2011), Julai (2012), Eega (2012), Attarintiki Daredi (2013), Power (2014), Pataas (2015), and Gopala Gopala (2015). His 2018 projects include Chalo, Vijetha, and Parichayam.
