Sivaselvam, better known as Snehan, is a Tamil poet, lyricist, and actor who made his debut as a lyricist in 1997 with the movie Puthum Puthu Poove. Ever since, he has penned down the lyrics of as many as 2500 songs for movies such as Bagavathi, Kovil, Bose, Kundakka Mandakka, Padikathavam, Aadukalam, and Kazhugu. Making his acting debut, Snehan was seen in the 2009 movie Yogi, following which he was seen in movies like Uyarthri 420, Rajaraja Chozhanin Porvaal, and Bhoomiveeran.
