Sonya Levien (Levien) is a screenplay writer, born on, 25 December 1888, known for his work in Hollywood. She has written over 100 films between 1921 and 1962. She began her career as a story writer for the film, Who Will Marry Me? (1919). Her other film credits, include The Cowboy and the Lady and The Valley of Decision. She won the Academy Award for writing Original Screenplay in 1955 for the film, Interrupted Melody. She died at age of 71, on March 19, 1960 in California, USA.
