The actress quit acting mid-way to study art history and Arabic, however, she soon dropped out of the course and decided to pursue a career in acting and went to Oxford School Drama to study acting for three years and she graduated in 2013. It was during her time at Oxford that she got an offer to star in the miniseries, Moonfleet (2013), which was aired on Sky 1. After her maiden appearance on the screen, she got her big break in 2014 when she was cast to play the role of Roxanne Morton in Kingsman: The Secret Service. Her brilliant performance in the movie won her an Empire Award nomination for Best Female Newcomer.
