The son of veteran Mollywood actor T.G. Ravi, Sreejith made his acting debut in the 2005 romantic drama Mayookham. Since then, he has appeared in over seventy feature films, in supporting roles of various shades. Chanthupottu (2005), Big B (2007), Pranchiyettan and the Saint (2010), Punyalan Agarbattis (2013) and Iyobinte Pusthakam (2014) are among Sreejith`s significant acting credits in Malayalam cinema. Besides these, he has also appeared in a handful of Tamil movies, notably Kumki (2012), Vettai (2012) and Kathakali (2016).

Notable film credits in recent times include the sports comedy Godha (2017), the political thriller Ramaleela (2017), the drama thriller Queen (2018) and the comedy Suvarna Purushan (2018). His other releases include Oru Karribean Uddaippu (2018) and March Randam Vyazham (2019).
