Sreenivasa Reddy has worked as the first assistant director in several movies like Kick, Oosaravelli, Ongole Githa, and Race Gurram, and was also the casting director for these films. As a director, his project includes the 2015 movie Shivam, starring Ram and Rashi Khanna as the leads, which revolves around a boy who strives to make his love life and marriage a success.

Sreenivasa was also the story writer of the film. He then collaborated with director Kishore Kumar Pardasani as the story writer for the movie Katamarayudu (2017), the story of a man with a violent streak. Sreenivasa`s other 2018 venture as a writer includes the Telugu film Touch Chesi Chudu, directed by Vikram Sirikonda, starring Ravi Teja, Raashi Khanna and Seerat Kapoor in the lead roles. Touch Chesi Chudu revolves around two lovers who find it difficult to convince their parents of their relationship as they belong to different castes.
