Stana Katic is a Canadian-American actress best known for playing the lead detective in the TV series Castle. Alongside her co-star Nathan Fillion, Katic rose to fame with the popular romantic crime drama that had a successful run from 2009 to 2016. Since 2017, she has been playing the lead role in the thriller drama series Absentia. Apart from other supporting roles on TV, she has also appeared on the big screen in movies like Quantum of Solace (2008), The Spirit (2008), CBGB (2013), A Call To Spy (2019) and Justice Society: World War II (2021).
