Stephen Henderson is an American TV, film and Stage actor who is noted for his work in plays directed by August Wilson. Henderson who started acting from an early age, after completing his Master of Arts in Theater in 1977 started working at the William Esper Studios in New York City. He rose to fame with his role as Arthur in the acclaimed TV film, Everyday People (2004). His other popular films include If You Could Say It in Words (2008), Tower Heist (2011), Lincoln (2012), and Fences (2016). Apart from acting, Henderson is also an educator, he is one of the teachers in the Department of Theater and Dance at the University of Buffalo.
