Known for writing mostly biographical films and his partnership with writer Christopher Wilkinson, Stephen J. Rivele, is an American screenwriter and producer. Having made his debut as a screenwriter with Nixon in 1995, Rivele has subsequently written for films like Ali (2001), Copying Beethoven (2006), Edward Zwick's Prodigy (2014) and Birth of the Dragon, a martial arts action film directed by George Nolfi. The film, which was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2016, released in the theaters in August 2017.
