Sudeshna Roy is an Indian actor and director. She made her directorial debut with the film Sudhu Tumi (2004) and later directed films like Cross Connection (2009), Teen Yaari Katha (2012), Bapi Bari Jaa (2012), Biye Notout (2014), Jodi Love Dile Na Prane (2014) and Bitnoon (2015). She has acted in several movies like Unishe April, Cross Connection, Abohomaan, Ek Phali Rodh, Mayer Biye and Chitra. She was the story writer for Sudhu Tumi, Mayer Biye, and Bapi Bari Jaa. Her 2017 directorial venture includes the Bengali romantic comedy movie Dekh Kemon Lage starring Soham Chakraborty and Subhashree Ganguly in the lead roles. Her 2018 project includes Kuasha Jakhon. His 2020 release includes Sraboner Dhara.
