A former professional badminton player, Sudheer Babu is an Indian film actor who primarily works in the Telugu film industry. After making his debut on the silver screen with Ye Maaya Chesave (2010) where he played a small role, his maiden film in a lead role was the Shiva Manasulo Shruti (2012). The badminton player-turned-actor who comes from an influential family in the Telugu film industry is the brother-in-law of the renowned actor Mahesh Babu. His most notable film appearances include Prema Katha Chitram (2013), Dongaata (2015), Sri Sri (2016), Baaghi (2016), which marked his debut in the Bollywood film industry. His recent releases include Shamantakamani (2017) and Sammohanam (2018). Sudheer Babu`s 2020 release includes V, an action-thriller film directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti.
