An ad film director, Sudip Banyopadhayay made his directorial feature film debut with the comedy drama, Hope Aur Hum (2018). Starring Naseeruddin Shah, Sonali Kulkarnia and Naveen Kasturia, the movie revolves around three generations and the differences in their ideas, in a transition from the old to the new.
