Having made her movie debut at the age of 14, Suhani Bhatnagar is an Indian child actor from Faridabad, Haryana. Much before making her debut in 2016, she was seen in print ads for Monte Carlo. However, her portrayal of young Babita Phogat in the sports biographical drama Dangal won her widespread acclaim and praise. Student of Delhi Public School, Faridabad, Suhani auditioned few scenes with Aamir Khan, who liked her acting and cast in the movie, following which Suhani had to work on her Haryanvi accent, health, and fitness. Dangal went on to become one of the most successful movies of the year and of Bollywood as of 2017, breaking various records.
