Sukhwinder Singh is an Indian playback singer best known for his work in Bollywood. He has over 200 film credits as a playback singer, and first rose to prominence in 1998 with his rendition of the hit song Chaiyya Chaiyya from Dil Se, which won him a Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer that year. In 2015, he won the National Award for Best Male Playback Singer for the song Bismil from Haider.
