Suneel is an independent Kannada filmmaker, actor, and playwright based in Bangalore. He began his career by assisting Prakash Raj on Naanu Nanna Kanasu (2010) and B. Suresha on Puttakkana Highway (2011) before making his directorial debut with Puta Tirugisi Nodi (2016). The film premiered at BIFFES 2016 and earned a special jury award, marking a significant milestone in his filmmaking journey.

As a playwright, Suneel co-wrote and directed Good Vibes Only alongside Sweta Daga for Quiver Productions. Despite his success in writing and directing, Suneel`s true passion remains acting, particularly in theatre. Trained in method acting, he finds improvisation an exciting challenge and has showcased his talent in plays such as Mad Gravity and God of Carnage under Quiver Productions.
