Sunil Manchanda has been part of the Indian film industry since the 1990s, producing the Sridevi and Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Army in 1996. After being associated with the well-received action drama, Sunil went on to produce a number of hit movies such as Tere Naam, Kyon Ki..., Cheeni Kum, and Paa. In 2017, he, along with Gautam Jain, Naresh Agarwal, and Boney Kapoor, produced the thriller Mom, featuring Sridevi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Sajal Ali in pivotal roles.
