Mumbai-based Sunny Singh is a model turned actor, theatre artist, and martial artist, who made his debut with television shows, appearing in shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, and Shakuntala. He is the son of the award-winning action director Jai Singh Nijjar.

Before making his big screen debut with Akaash Vani in 2013, Sunny was seen making a cameo in the Ajay Devgn-starrer romance Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji in 2011. He then reunited with his Akaash Vani director Luv Ranjan for the 2015 romantic comedy Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, where he played the role of Chauka alongside an ensemble cast comprising Kartik Aaryan, Omkar Kapoor, Nushrat Bharucha, Sonalli Sehgal, and Isha Raj.

Following the success of Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, he went on to be a part of the 2018 romantic comedy Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, featuring alongside his Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 co-stars Nushrat Bharucha and Kartik Aaryan. His other release for 2018 includes the multi-starrer drama 3 Storeys, which features Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, and Sharman Joshi in pivotal roles. His 2019 projects include Jhootha Kahin Ka and Ujda Chaman. His 2020 release includes Jai Mummy Di. His other notable works include Adipurush (2023), Yaar Jigri (2024) and Luv Ki Arrange Marriage (2024).
