Surabhi Lakshmi is an Indian actress, who primarily works in the South Indian film industry. She started off as an award-winning theater actor before successfully entering the film and TV industry.

Early Life
Surabhi Lakshmi was born on 11 November 1986, in Narikkuni, a rural village in Kozhikode, Kerala. Surabhi graduated securing a first rank in Bachelors of Arts in Bharathanatyam from Kaladi Sree Sankaracharya College. After that, she did her MA in Theatre Arts.

Personal Life
On 24 October 2014, Surabhi Lakshmi got married to Vipin, a businessman. The marriage was held at the Guruvayoor Lord Krishna Temple, in Kerala.

Acting Career
Surabhi Lakshmi began her acting career as a theater artist before appearing on television and in films. In 2010, the actress won the Kerala Sahitya Nataka Academy`s Best Actress Award and the Abu Dhabi Theatre Fest Best Actress Award for her performance in the theater play Yakshikathakalum Naattuvarthamanangalum.
