Starting off as a child actor in TV serials like "Duniyadari", "Avantika", "Reshimgathi", "Shravansari" and "Kulvadhu", Sushrut Bhagwat is an Indian writer, film director and actor who works in the Marathi film industry. He made his writing and directorial debut in 2015 with the horror-comedy, A Paying Ghost (2015). Sushrut next directed the crime-drama, Mumbai Time (2016). He also served as the writer on the film. In 2018 Sushrut directed the drama, Asehi Ekada Vhave. The cast has Umesh Kamat, Tejashree Pradhan, Chirag Patil, Kavita Lad and Sharvani Pillai in pivotal roles.
