Actress-turned-producer and director Swapna Krishna is primarily known for her work in Kannada television. She has directed and bankrolled over two-thousand episodes of various soap opera shows under the banner of RRR Creations, notable among which are Gruha Lakshmi, Ganga and Subbalakshmi Samsara.

In 2019, Swapna debuted in Sandalwood by producing the Kiccha Sudeep starrer Pailwaan, which was directed by S. Krishna.
