Sydney Wade's showbiz journey began when she was just four years old, with a minor role in the British soap opera The Royal in 2007. The young actress has since appeared in a number of popular TV shows, notable among which are the supernatural drama Marchlands, the crime drama Sherlock, the sci-fi series Doctor Who and the teen fantasy drama Wolfblood.

In 2009, Wade made her feature film debut in the biographical sports drama The Damned United. Notable film credits include the thriller drama 360 (2011), the drama Una (2016) and the fantasy thriller I Kill Giants (2018).
