T. Muthuraj is an Indian film production designer who works predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil cinema. Born in Coimbatore, he is known for his collaborations with directors S. Shankar and Atlee Kumar and has contributed to more than 60 feature films and 185 commercials.

His notable works include Arputha Theevu, Angadi Theru, Pazhasi Raja, Irumbukottai Murattu Singam, Avan Ivan, I, Nanban, Theri, Mersal, Velaikkaran, Bigil, and 2.0. His production design for Nanban, directed by Shankar, received widespread appreciation.
