An Indian-born Tannu Kaur Gill and her parents are settled in Chicago, USA. While still pursuing a degree in accounts, Tannu made her acting debut in the 2017 Punjabi sports action drama Rocky Mental, featuring her in the lead alongside Parmish Verma.
