Thelma Ritter was an American actor known for her comic roles. She started her career as a broadcaster before moved into films and television. She has made her film debut with the film Miracle on 34th Street in 1947. Her career major breakthrough came with the film All About Eve in the year 1950. Her other notable films include Titanic (1953),
Rear Window (1954), The Misfits (1961), Birdman of Alcatraz (1962), For Love or Money (1963), Boeing Boeing (1965), The Incident (1967) and What`s So Bad About Feeling Good? (1968). She died at age of 66, in New York.
